Hutton Parker Foundation’s Media Grant Program provides Santa Barbara based organizations an opportunity for targeted, timely community outreach. Hutton Parker Foundation proudly partners with The Santa Barbara Independent, The Santa Maria Sun and Noozhawk.com to offer these unique outreach opportunities.
In partnership with The Santa Barbara Independent, grant recipients receive a 4-page professionally produced feature insert distributed by The Independent. Similarly, grants awarded in partnership with the Santa Maria Sun also provide recipients with a 4-page feature insert by distributed The Sun. Nonprofit staff work with creative staff from both The Independent and The Sun to produce targeted, effective media messages.
Our Noozhawk.com media grant award has been designed to provide a comprehensive, effective marketing campaign through digital advertising and native content. Awardees receive three stories, three ad campaigns and three news releases all published within a three-month period, to educate readers through features written about the nonprofit while simultaneously engaging them with digital advertising and marketing strategies supporting the organization’s selected initiatives.
Since our Media Grant Program’s inception more than 20 years ago, nearly 500 nonprofit organizations have benefited from these small, but mighty grant awards.
