Since 2001, Hutton Parker Foundation has been providing quality, below-market rent office space to more than 90 nonprofit organizations. A keystone to our belief in creating stability and sustainability for the sector, Hutton Parker now owns and manages 13 commercial office buildings in the Santa Barbara proper, two in the city of Santa Maria, one in Riverside County and holds the master lease on one property located in Carpinteria.
Tenants in these buildings benefit from a long-term lease, which translates to operation stability and the added benefit of interaction and communication with their peers, creating a sense of community and synergy. Our portfolio includes a multifunctional downtown campus for Antioch University, the Larry Crandell Center for Nonprofits, Community Cornerstone Center for Nonprofits, Arts & Culture Center and Carpinteria Children’s Project at Main, Early Childhood Education Center.
