Hutton Parker Foundation will facilitate two Core/General Operating Support grant cycles in calendar 2023. Each cycle will consist of a 5 day Open Application Period followed by an approximately 60 day Review & Evaluation Period.
Applicants must apply to either Cycle I or Cycle II as described to the right. Duplicate applications will not be accepted. Core/General Operating Support funding is limited to SANTA BARBARA COUNTY-based nonprofit (501(c)(3)) organizations only. Any organization awarded funding in 2022 is ineligible to apply for additional funding until 2024.

All applications must be submitted through Hutton Parker Foundation’s online grantee portal. You must create an account, or use a previously established account, to access the online system.
The online process is designed so that you can stop and save your work at any time and return to the application as many times as needed prior to submission. Please note that the website link used to access a saved application is different from the link you use to start a new application. The link to begin
When returning to a saved application, after signing on, you will see a list of any applications that are “in process” and any that have been previously submitted.
Note: you may complete your responses in a Word document and cut and paste the narrative into the online form. When doing this, please make sure to double check your word limits.
