Thomas C. Parker
President
Tom became President of Hutton Companies in 1984. It had always been a dream of both Tom and Betty Hutton to create a private foundation with the Company’s assets. Upon Betty’s death in 1995, the Foundation was activated and soon started a number of innovative programs. Tom is responsible for the Foundation’s fiscal and operational management. He received both his BA and MBA from California Lutheran University.
Ingrid Biancone
Office Manager
Ingrid is the Foundation’s newest staff member and brings many years of professional administrative and organizational skills to our team. She has extensive knowledge of commercial real estate transactions, lease agreement and tenant relations. Ingrid supports the management of all Hutton Parker Foundation properties, is our tenant liaison and oversees day-to-day operation of our front office. Ingrid is married, has three adult children and has been an active volunteer in our community for many years. In other words, she somehow, some way has a connection to everyone in town!
